Food and drinks are not permitted inside the palace.
Access is not allowed without a valid ticket or if you do not meet eligibility criteria for free entry.

Accessibility

Access to the palace is difficult for people with limited mobility; the experience is not fully wheelchair accessible.

Note: The Passport ticket grants access to the Palace, the Trianon Estate, Gallery of Coaches, Royal Tennis Court, temporary exhibitions and the gardens. From 1 April to 31 October, it also includes entry to the Musical Fountains shows.

1-day or 2-day flexible tickets are not valid on July 14, Oct 31, Dec 31 2025.
Names on the tickets cannot be changed after the ticket has been booked.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Some attractions/rides may affect certain guests due to the presence of strobe lights. It's a good thing to check your ride before you board it.
Certain attractions have height restrictions. This is displayed at the entrance to each attraction.
